Alen Ozegovic
President & CEO
Cold Creek Homes, Inc. is a successful family run company founded by Alen Ozegovic who comes from a family of builders. Alen oversees all of the company's operations and ensures that the company thrives. Alen has resided in the NW since 1995 and attended the University of Washington studying Finance and Economics.
Cold Creek Homes has earned a reputation of excellence, reliability and for its dedication to the development of superior quality homes distinguished by high end finishes and gracious floor plans. This reputation allows Cold Creek Homes, Inc. to combine forces and resources with some of the largest and most prominent home builders in the Northwest.
Joy Ling
Director of Property Management & Asset Management
Joy Ling is responsible for managing Cold Creek Homes' growing real estate portfolio. She has extensive experience in management, leasing, accounting, and marketing. Joy also serves as an in-house legal counsel for the present transactions.
Prior to joining Cold Creek Homes Inc, Joy served as a Regional Community Association Manager; Legal analyst and executive manager for Terracap Management.
Joy has a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political science from Washington State University.
Anisa Ozegovic
Director of Marketing, Strategy & Operations
Growing up in a family of engineers, Anisa has been introduced to building and development at an early age amassing a wealth of knowledge about construction development and design. Her background in psychology and finance guides her in managing the comprehensive operations of Cold Creek Homes Inc. The ability to listen and understand people and human behavior in a very unique way benefits all of her clients and their professional relationship.
In addition to marketing for all of Cold Creek Homes’ projects, Anisa is responsible for the acquisitions, overseeing the development activity and the interior design, disposition, and direct negotiating with the investors and lenders for acquisitions of properties.
